What’s your rate?
My self-pay rate is $150 per 50-minute session. I offer a limited number of sliding scale spots based on financial need and availability. Feel free to ask about availability when reaching out.

Who do you work with?
I see teens and adults for individual therapy, and I also support parents/caregivers through dedicated parenting sessions. Many of my clients are navigating anxiety, perfectionism, trauma, or identity-related concerns.

Do you affirm LGBTQIA+ identities?
Absolutely. I welcome clients of all genders, sexualities, and relationship structures. This is an affirming space, and I strive to provide a warm, nonjudgmental environment where all parts of your identity are seen and supported.

How do I get started?
You can reach out through the contact form or email me directly. I offer a free 15-minute consultation so we can get a sense of what working together might look like. If it feels like a good fit, we’ll move forward with scheduling your first session.
