Right here, right now, is a very good place to start.
My Services
I offer individual therapy, grief counseling, and parenting sessions, all designed to meet you where you are. I also provide virtual EMDR therapy to help process experiences that feel stuck.
This is a space where you can be fully yourself, without explaining or shrinking who you are. Together, we’ll build tools that help you feel steadier, clearer, and more connected.
Individual Therapy
In individual sessions, we’ll work together to untangle the thoughts, feelings, and patterns that keep you stuck. Using a collaborative approach, I help you develop practical tools and deeper self-awareness while working toward the goals you’ve set for this space.
I work with teens and adults across the life span navigating:
ADHD and executive functioning struggles
Anxiety, overthinking, and chronic stress
Trauma and complex trauma
Perfectionism and self-criticism
Identity exploration
Relationship patterns and communication difficulties
Low self-esteem and self-doubt
Feeling “too much” and “not enough” at the same time
Parenting Sessions
Parenting can feel like a high-stakes guessing game. I offer supportive sessions for parents of kids with ADHD, autism, anxiety, and behavioral concerns.
Together, we’ll explore practical strategies, emotional regulation tools, and communication skills. The goal is to find ways to reduce stress, improve communication, and strengthen your relationship with your child (and yourself).
We’ll make space for:
Practical strategies for home and school
Tools for emotional regulation (yours and your child’s)
Boundaries and routines that support nervous system safety
How to parent from a place of clarity, not fear
Grief Counseling
Grief is more than sadness—it’s disorientation, yearning, numbness, and everything in between. Whether you’re mourning the loss of a loved one, a relationship, a role, or a version of life you imagined, your grief deserves space.
Together, we’ll:
Make room for your grief without rushing the process
Explore the layers of loss, identity, and meaning
Navigate complicated or invisible grief
Gently rebuild a sense of direction while honoring what’s been lost
There is no “right” way or time to grieve, and you don’t have to do it alone. I offer a steady presence and a space where your grief can be met with compassion and care.
EMDR Therapy
EMDR is a type of trauma therapy that helps your brain and body process experiences that still feel stuck. Even when you “know” something is over, your nervous system may still be reacting as if it isn’t. EMDR helps gently shift that.
We’ll move at your pace, with a strong focus on safety and trust. You’re always in control of the process.
-
EMDR can support you if past experiences continue to affect you in the present.
It’s often helpful for:
Trauma or long-term stress
Grief and loss
Anxiety or panic
Distressing memories that won’t quiet down
Harsh beliefs about yourself
You don’t need a single “big” trauma for EMDR to be helpful.
-
EMDR uses gentle bilateral (back-and-forth) stimulation, like eye movements or tapping, to help the brain process experiences differently.
Rather than talking through every detail, EMDR helps your system file memories away so they feel less intense and less disruptive over time.
-
EMDR is not rushed. Some sessions focus on grounding and building tools. Others focus on processing specific memories or themes.
We’ll check in often, adjust as needed, and move only when it feels right for you.
